Wikipedia - USK Praha (women's basketball)

USK Praha (official name: ZVVZ USK Praha) is a Czech professional women's basketball club that was founded in 1953 in the city of Prague. USK Praha plays in the Czech League, the highest competition in the Czech Republic. It is a 21-times national champion. On the international scene, the greatest success was the win of the Ronchetti Cup in the 1975/76 season, of the EuroLeague in the 2014/15 season and subsequently of the FIBA SuperCup in 2015.

Since 2014, its home is Královka Arena. Before, this team inhabited Folimanka hall.

USK Praha Women to czeska drużyna koszykówki kobiet, która ma swoją siedzibę w Pradze. Drużyna została założona w 1953 roku i jest jedną z najbardziej utytułowanych drużyn w historii czeskiej koszykówki kobiet. USK Praha Women zdobyły 16 mistrzostw Czech, 10 pucharów Czech i 4 superpuchary Czech. Reprezentowały także Czechy w rozgrywkach międzynarodowych, takich jak Euroliga kobiet i Puchar Europy FIBA. W składzie drużyny znajduje się wiele czołowych czeskich koszykarek, a także zawodniczki z innych krajów. USK Praha Women znane są ze swojego szybkiego tempa gry i silnej obrony. Są jedną z najsilniejszych drużyn w Europie i zawsze są faworytem do wygrania mistrzostw Czech.
