Wikipedia - KNVB Women's Cup

The KNVB Women's Cup (Dutch: KNVB Beker voor Vrouwen) is the cup competition for women's football in the Netherlands. The competition was established in 1980, along with the KNVB Amateur Cup.

From the 2007-08 season onwards, the first round of the cup is a group stage for clubs in the Hoofdklasse and the Eerste Klasse. Clubs from the Eredivisie for women join the competition in the second round.

Puchar Niderlandów - Kobiety to coroczny, eliminacyjny turniej piłki nożnej dla kobiet, organizowany przez Królewski Holenderski Związek Piłki Nożnej. W rozgrywkach biorą udział kluby z Eredivisie kobiet i Eerste Divisie kobiet.

Puchar Niderlandów rozgrywany jest od sezonu 2007/08. W pierwszym sezonie zwyciężyła drużyna AZ Alkmaar, która w finale pokonała FC Utrecht. Od tego czasu AZ Alkmaar wygrywał puchar jeszcze dwukrotnie, w sezonach 2010/11 i 2012/13.

Najwięcej zwycięstw w Pucharze Niderlandów ma jednak zespół Ajax Amsterdam, który zdobył to trofeum czterokrotnie, w sezonach 2008/09, 2013/14, 2016/17 i 2017/18.

Puchar Niderlandów jest ważnym turniejem w kalendarzu piłkarskim kobiet w Holandii. Zwycięzca rozgrywek uzyskuje prawo do gry w kwalifikacjach do Ligi Mistrzyń UEFA Kobiet.
